All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days depending on your location within South Africa.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, promotional events, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Courier Partner

Pastel Pulse uses Aramex Store to Door for all deliveries within South Africa.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available) to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, Pastel Pulse is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, customs processes, strikes, operational disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Pastel Pulse will not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

However, Pastel Pulse cannot be held responsible for delays or losses occurring after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
